Holmberg Racing Sled Dogs is located 5 miles south of Lake Superior in northern LuceCounty of the upper peninsula of Michigan. More precisely, we are located in the booming metropolis of Pine Stump Junction. We receive an average of over 180 inches of snowfall annually. Michigan has more public land than any other state in the lower 48. The bulk of this is in the Upper Peninsula.
To find us, just drive north of Newberry on M-123 for 4 miles to Deer Park Rd. Turn left on Deer Park Rd. and proceed 15 miles to our lovely trappers cabin on the left. Local land marks include the residence immediately to the south that has a vintage snow machine parked on the roof. Just beyond us is the Pine Stump Cookery and Drinkery.  If you get to the bar you’ve gone too far! We are the first occupied dwelling south of the bar on the west side of the road.
